Reston, VA – Resonate, the only advertising technology company that gives marketers the ability to target audiences based on values, announced that Lynda Clarizio has joined the company’s Board of Directors.  Clarizio’s addition to the Board comes at a strategic time for Resonate, which recently closed a round of funding led by Revolution Growth.  Her success as an innovative leader in the digital media and television industries gives her the experience and vision to help guide the company’s rapid growth.

Lynda brings a unique and important knowledge base to our Board of Directors,” said Bryan Gernert, CEO of Resonate. “As Resonate continues to re-define the future of the online advertising industry, we are attracting some of the most talented and accomplished executives across the media industry.  Lynda joining the board reinforces our commitment to becoming the leader in the space.

Clarizio is the current President and CEO of INVISION Inc., the leading provider of multi-platform advertising solutions to the media industry. Prior to joining INVISION, Clarizio served as the President of AOL’s Platform-A, the industry’s largest digital advertising platform. She also served as President of Advertising.com, which previously operated as an independent subsidiary of AOL and later became part of Platform-A. Clarizio also held several other senior-level positions at AOL including Executive Vice President of the company’s Audience Business and Senior Vice President for Acquisitions and Strategic Investments.

By understanding consumer values and beliefs, brands and their agencies can target online advertising campaigns with unprecedented precision and achieve remarkable results,” said Lynda Clarizio. “Resonate is the only company that is providing advertisers with this invaluable capability. I look forward to working with one of the leading advertising technology companies and being a part of its success and evolution in the coming years.
