VP Product Management
Sung Shin brings over 15 years of experience in software and technology to Resonate, the majority of which has been spent servicing the marketing/advertising industry. Mr. Shin’s experience and within the digital media space includes creating and managing products combining data and research methodologies, media planning and buying, and ad serving and analytics.
Prior to joining Resonate, Mr. Shin led product management efforts for comScore’s media planning vertical, which was comprised of a suite of six comScore syndicated research and workflow products used by the majority of leading advertising agencies, brands, publishers, and ad networks to support display media and search marketing planning. Mr. Shin was responsible for the product roadmaps for each of the media planning vertical products as well as defining the business models and go-to-market strategies for new releases within his vertical.
Prior to comScore, Mr. Shin was head of product management at TRAFFIQ, where he built the product management function from the ground up--assembling the team and creating the processes as one of a core group of initial employees hired by the founding team. While at TRAFFIQ, Mr. Shin was responsible for the initial inception, launch, and management of TRAFFIQ’s media planning and buying platform.
In addition to the core end-to-end publisher and agency workflow platform, Mr. Shin’s team oversaw the roadmap for TRAFFIQ’s order management, reporting, and ad serving infrastructure. During his time at TRAFFIQ, the company saw significant growth and adoption by publishers, agencies, and brand marketers, experiencing close to 300% annual growth. Twitter ID: @SunginDC
