We are seeking a highly-talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Create the annual budget and rolling forecast
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Monitor operational results and explain variances
  • Prepare monthly investor financial packages
  • Assist in the preparation of board packages
  • Manage the company's capitalization table
  • Manage the preparation of long-term business plans, directly interacting with senior management
  • Manages annual 409A valuation process
  • Identify and manage company financial and operational KPI’s
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Bachelor degree (CPA or MBA) minimum of three years relevant experience
  • Results-driven, accuracy minded, hard-working, detailed oriented, quick learner with the ability to  multi-task
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Strong computer skills (especially in excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
